Shipping costs and shipping method
The customer pays shipping costs per order, which vary depending on the item ordered. The shipping costs for national and Europe-wide shipments are displayed directly on the article. The goods are shipped via the logistics service provider DHL, DPD or Hermes. In the case of packing dimensions that are not processed by the logistics service provider, a forwarding agent will take over the delivery. Delivery times
All orders received daily until 24.00 hours are processed the following working day. Delivery times vary depending on the item ordered and are shown directly on the item. The delivery period begins, in case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order has been given to the transferring bank and, in case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. It ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognised by law at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
